This week we've been studying stuff about the Cook Islands. We've been studying about the Cook Islands this week because like I've already said, "this week is Cook Island Language Week".We read a book and we found out that the Cook Island eat Raw fish. So then the next day our teacher (Mrs Madell) made us a little snack, She made the class some Raw Fish!!! She made us some Raw Fish because in a book that we were reading it said that Raw Fish was like a traditional type of food in the Cook Islands.

The Raw Fish way really delicious. In the book that we were reading it gave us a recipe for raw fish as well as information about the Cook Islands. Here is the recipe that we used for the Raw Fish.

  • Coconut Cream
  • Lemon
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Raw Fish

Those were the 5 things that we used to make the Raw Fish.

Here are some photos of some of us enjoying our Raw Fish.
